Family Health Services is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing quality, affordable health care to all. We offer primary care, behavioral health, dental, and nutrition services. We have the unique ability to offer our services to individuals from all walks of life to afford high quality care.
We Remove Financial and Transportation Barriers
FHS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurances. We utilize a Sliding Fee Schedule for those who qualify based on family size and income.

The launch of the Family Health Services Medical Center and Pharmacy at 149 E. Water Street marks a significant milestone for residents of the Erie County community, who have long struggled with a lack of access to quality healthcare services. This new medical facility is poised to make a profound impact on the health and well-being of this community.
The Family Health Services Medical Center and Pharmacy is set to change all of that. With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of experienced and compassionate medical professionals, this center will provide much-needed access to primary and preventative care services, as well as specialized care for chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart disease.
